By Enock Akonnor

Former Municipal Chief Executive for Asokore Mampong Municipality Hon Alidu Seidu has shared one of the toughest moments he faced when he was in office as MCE.

In his bid to facilitate the execution of developmental projects for the good of the municipality, he has announced that he faced strong opposition from his detractors especially when he decided to establish the Parkoso Health Center.

The former government official wrote on his Facebook page that “I came under serious attack by my internal and external political opponents in 2018-2019 when I decided to establish the Parkoso Health Center; one of the health centers I established as the then Municipal Chief Executive for Asokore Mampong”.

He added that “they resisted, I insisted and made that dream a reality.”

Deduction from the later part of the message suggests that the former MCE dropped the above message on his Facebook page to shame his detractors after visiting the facility which is currently in use to take his Covid Jasen and Jasen Booster.

“This morning I went there to take my Covid Jasen and Jasen Booster . Apart from the warm reception I received from the staff, I was so much happy to have left behind such a legacy. God is good indeed”.
