In fact, I have agreed to the fact that too much of everything is bad.
Medical always advise us to drink more water in the other to get our body hydrated.
It is true that regular intake of water does so many positive things in our system. For example, it lightens the blood for easily circulation.
Taking in water also prevents constipation by making our bowels soft for easy ejection.
But do you know that too much water can cause the unexpected to happen?
Please understand that Intoxication is not only related to alcohol.
There is something referred to as water intoxication which is also known as hyponatremia.
Hyponatremia is a condition that causes the inside of cells to flood due to low level of sodium in the bloodstream.
Now in worse cases, water intoxication can trigger debilitating health issues like seizures, coma and at extreme cases death.
It is true, water is good for the body but do drink it moderately.
