Stop Charting With Your Phone Whiles On The Toilet, It’s Very Risky

Pressing phone whiles one is on the toilet has become a culture in our time especially among the youth.

I will not lie to you. It is very enjoyable to just sit down there away from the disturbances of people and follow that trending gist on Twitter.

I am so much aware that many of us do this but do you know it is a very bad habit which is not good for your health?

That is exactly what I want you to know today.

Pressing your phone is not the major palava, but pressing phone can make you stay longer than you should when you are on the toilet.

Making you to strain, putting more pressure on your anus.

This will gradually make blood pull in your anus, leading to pile.

Pile can be very itchy, painful and makes you feel very uncomfortable.

It is really not what you want to have.

The second thing is that, toilet is not actually the best place to take your phone to as a lot of microorganisms are flying around especially as you flush the toilet.

I trust most of us do not clean the screen of our phones. So just do not take the phone to the toilet.

So these are the things you should not do.

1.Do not take your phone to the toilet.

2. Do not sit more than 1-15 minutes in the toilet.

3. If you are finding it difficult to defecate do not force it

4. Drink a lot of water to help you defecate easily.
