Simple ways to get rid of cold, cough, catarrh, nasal congestion

-Take 2 spoons of honey everyday and add it to most of the beverages you consume

-Drink warm water always

-Eat ginger most times and always use it for cooking or rather always drink ginger tea

-Always gargle with warm salt water
