Signs that show you may never get children in your lifetime

Before attempting, it is unusual for people to experience some signs of infertility.

This is very troublesome, as majority of people show no visible symptoms of infertility until they try to conceive.

Scientific research indicates that about a third of infertility problems come from women, and a third comes from men.

Other factors or unknown triggers can be responsible for the final third.

Try to understand the symptoms of infertility in both men and women, and when you should see your doctor in this post.

Some Signs of infertility in women

1. Heavy, long, or painful periods

Heavy cycles can entail an underlying disease which can affect fertility

A number of women may have a few days of light flow, whereas others frequently experience heavy to very heavy times and severe cramps

Women with very heavy and painful cycles may show early signs of ovarian cysts.

Endometriosis is a disease in which body tissues in the womb are located in other parts of the body.

The key risk factor for infertility is endometriosis.

Other symptoms of endometriosis include the following:

Chronic pelvic pain (even after menstruation), pain during sex, Posterior pain, Fatigue, Nauseousness, Irregular periods and clothing, and Bowel movement issues and pain

2. Dark or pale menstrual blood

This may be a cause for concern if your menstrual blood is unusual.

At the start of a person’s cycle, menstrual blood ought to be bright red and can get darker more toward the end.

If you release a very dark blood at the beginning of a cycle, it may also be a symptom of endometriosis.

3. Irregular duration of menstruation

The menstrual cycle length varies and changes over time.

However, several people have a natural cycle, meaning that the time between the two cycles is nearly similar.

Irregular cycles and even periods that are absent will lead to infertility since a lady cannot ovulate regularly after all. Ovulation is the period when the ovary releases an egg.

4. Hormone changes
Signs of hormonal modifications are not apparent, and a woman may not notice them or know the underlying cause.

A medic should then monitor for any hormonal problems.

Fluctuations in hormone levels in the blood lead to:

a. unexplained weight rise

b. cold feet or hands

c. reduced libido

d. Nipple release

Other contributing factors that can influence fertility in women encompasses the following:

Damaged fallopian tubes or the ovaries.

The Prematurely menopause.

Endometriosis is hidden above.

Cancer and its therapies.

6. Obesity
Scientific studies performed in 2018 pointed out that obesity adversely affects reproductive health.

Ladies who are obese have a worse chance of conceiving and are at a higher risk for complications during pregnancy than those with fewer weight problems.

7. Trying but not getting pregnant

The most critical proof of infertility is not pregnant after some time.

A doctor can diagnose infertility if the lady is not pregnant after 12 consecutive months of effort.

She could be infertile if she is 35 and above, not pregnant, and has been trying for six straight months.
