It is the government in power that implement policies for the opposition and Ghanaians generally enjoy without the participation of government in the house, business must be postponed. What Alban Bagbin could do was to adjourn sitting until the government part returns.
In that respect it is only the government in parliament that can unilaterally approves government’s policies whether or not the opposition enjoins the passage or approval of an issue or law.
Since it has always been the opposition’s attempt to quash off the good policies of government for fear of becoming denizen in opposition, be it legally or morally, the opposition cannot vote against a decision in the parliament unilaterally as it has happened.
It is the participation of the government in the house of parliamentary that moves the house and that under no circumstances could the opposition votes against government policies unilaterally.
What Alban Bagbin has done is stupendous illegality he is determined to run the state in anarchy and turmoil.
BAGBIN MUST BE REMOVED HE HAS DEMONSTRATED GROSS INCOMPETENCE.
As a speaker he is supposed to be neutral and nationalistic but Bagbin is doing the bidden of NDC but not Ghana
Bagbin DOES NOT MERIT
THE SPEAKERSHIP POSITION.
REMOVE HIM NOW!!!!
