The Greater Accra Regional Minister, Hon. Henry Quartey, has commended Hon. Osei Asibey Antwi , the Executive Director of the National Service Scheme ( NSS) for exhibiting a visionary and dynamic leadership qualities at NSS.
He expressed optimism that, the pragmatic and meaningful modules rolled out in the Scheme is aimed at reducing the rate of graduate unemployment in the country.
He said his decision to shift the focus of the scheme from “Mobilization for Deployment” to “Deployment for Employment” and skill provision was in tandem with President Akufo-Addo’s objective of providing the youth with skills that would turn them into global industrial leaders.
