The Chief Executive for the National Service Scheme, Hon Osei Assibey addressed the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA) during their three-day Extended Management Training and Meeting
which took place from October 16th to 18th, 2023, at the Miklin Hotel in Kumasi.
It was an event which revolved around significant topics, including the new Inspection Evaluation Framework (IEF), Leadership within the Public Sector, Change Management Leadership, and Governance Systems in the Public Sector.
Discussions on the topics were crucial for propelling NaSIA forward and fostering growth, progress, and innovation.
At the meeting, the NSS Boss shared with the participants his insights on Management and Leadership.
Other esteemed participants also shared their knowledge and perspectives.
