How To Get Rid Of Headaches Without Painkillers

3. Ying Xiang points:

4. Tian Zhu points:

These areas are also situated behind the head, in the middle, between the ear and the beginning of the spine.

Massaging these areas helps relieve nasal congestion, pain in the eyes and ears, severe headaches and migraines.

5. Shuai Gu points:

These are situated 2 to 3 centimeters from the beginning of the hairline in the temple area.

In fact you will feel a little dimple and this is where the points are.

Exerting some pressure to this area will relieve pain in the temporal region and helps you to get rid of eye fatigue.

 

6. He Gu points:

These proportionate points are found right on the back of the hand between the thumb and forefinger.

When pressure is exerted to this area, it relieves back pain, toothache and tension in the neck muscles.
