GNAPS Holds Private Schools Week Celebration At Baba Yara Sports Stadium

Member schools of the Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS)-Ashanti have held a match pass as part of their week long celebration.

On Thursday 16th June 2022, a little over 80 schools within the Kumasi metro paraded at the Baba Yara Sports stadium to partake in the activity.

Among them were the Otumfuo Osei Tutu International School, First Baptist International School, Royal Masters Academy, Vicande School, Pentecost Preparatory School, Global Evangelical Basic School.

Regional Chairman for GNAPS Mr. Boakye Yiadom informed the media in an interview that the activity which is held annually is aimed at creating awareness on the existence of private schools in Ghana.

This year’s version was held under the theme: “The Role of Private Schools In The 21st Century”.
