GNACOPS Introduces Friday-wear For Private Schools In Ghana

Officials of Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS) have introduced a Ghana-made textile for all private schools in Ghana.

The material as explained will be used for the sowing of Friday-wear for proprietors and teachers; a move aimed at promoting Ghana-made products, the local textile Industry and Ghana’s cultural heritage.

Ultimately, the initiative will serve as a brand for the council and distinguish GNACOPS from others.

The product is currently in commercial quantity and available for sale at any of the local office of the Council.

Communications Director for GNACOPS told that “the greatest attraction of a group of people is what they wear. ”
He explained that GNACOPS and its members are determined to put the teaching profession and for that matter Ghana on the world map through fashion as part of the “Wear Ghana” campaign which was initiated three years ago.

“It will be worn every Friday when school is in session”.

Persons who are interested should call these numbers to place an order;
