The former Member of Parliament for Kwadaso constituency Hon. Dr. S.K Nuamah with the sponsorship of Kwadaso Community Hospital, Kasapreko Company, Adonko Next Level and Meridian have launched a football tournament dubbed “Kwadaso Development Foundation Soccer Tournament” for the youths in Kwadaso constituency only.
The participatory teams consist of 16, which implies four groups apart, the winner will take home trophy, medals and an undisclosed cash price, all the 16 teams has free jersey during the today’s launching at Denkyembouso within the constituency.
Hon. Dr. S.K Nuamah after the successful launching, said the all idea for organizing the tournament was to bring the youths together for interaction.
He also said engaging in sports activities will keep the youths away from bad vices as they will be kept busy.
He said sports will also keep the youths fit as they will keep health engaging in sports activities.
The former lawmaker urged the youths to participate in the tournament as it is for their own good.
The lawmaker said no one will loss as all participants will get something as long as they participate.
He said that the league will be play in every Saturday as all the sponsors have promised to provide some of their products whenever there’s a match to play and the tournament will be annually to enable scout players with much talent and push them into apex as far as football is concern.
“Football is now a magnificent profession with much benefits for the youths, so this particular event will enable the youths to even realize their talent and go further in their life”, he added.
