Chiefs descend on MP Hon Appiah Kubi over GHs100,000 relief fund

Member of parliament for Atwima Kwanwoma District Hon Dr. Kojo Appiah Kubi has come under tough pressure exerted on him by some aggrieved Chiefs within his area of jurisdiction.

According to the provoked Chiefs, the MP made a claim recently that he has released an amount between GHs 80,000 and GH100,000 to support inhabitants within 80 communities who struggle to get three square meal a day.

Per a shocking expose scooped from the mouth of some traditional leaders, the claim by the MP is neither here nor there since no committee, community or resident has received such money from him.

Nana Opoku Karikari Okogyedom II Otumfuor Topreman Kontihene/ Chief for Kotokuom made a bamboozling revelation in a discourse with leakynews.net that no money has been received, exposing further that the MP only turned up in the constituency and distributed GH 100 to each party delegate including one sanitisers.

“Even most of the delegates were not given because they are against him”, he exposed.

“I’m not doing politics my brother but I’m rather telling you the reality on the ground”, he added.

Adontenehene for Akokoa Oheneba Nana Agyei Kodie II also challenged the Member of Parliament to prove to residents as to when he released the money and who the receipients were.
