Nana Addo gives hope to Ghana Airways ; Nation takes delivery of 5 aircrafts today

Ghana has taken  delivery of 5 aircrafts, has been informed.

The acquisition of the airplanes which materialized through the able instrumentality of the sitting President His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo is a fulfillment of the latter’s  promise as ining revamp the aviation industry and to restore the dignity and hope of Ghana. They planes arrived today and the outgone Ghana airways which left the shores of the country years ago has now seen the light again.

The aviation industry since President Akuffo Addo took over as the leader of the country has been growing steadily under his administration largely due to his decision to establish a dedicated aviation ministry to make the industry competitive in Africa.

Under his government, a number of projects in the industry have been completed across the country, with a new passenger terminals being constructed at the Kumasi and Tamale airports.

Under his administration, the regulatory framework with which the industry used to operate has been liberalized. The Aviation Ministry under his watch has initiated a plan known as an Aviation Driven Development that seeks to make the aviation industry a key driver of the country’s socio-economic transformation.
