NEW PATRIOTIC PARTY
BANTAMA CONSTITUENCY
Dear Sir,
PETITION TO INTERVENE IN THE CHANGE OF NAME ON DOCUMENTS OF CARS DONATED TO THE ELECTORAL AREAS BY HON OKYEM ABOAGYE, MP FOR BANTAMA CONSTITUENCY

We (Polling Station Executives of Bantama Constituency) petition your high office to intervene in the change of ownership of 10 Mazda Demio taxis donated by Hon Daniel Okyem Aboagye to the 10 electoral areas in the constituency.

Our appeal comes to the fore following a declaration by our Honorable member of Parliament on two occasions; one at the SDA church in North Suntreso and the other at Oyerepa FM that he had officially scrapped off the 20,000 cedisand donated the cars to the Polling Station Executives for free.

However, even with all these official statements, the documents of all the 10 cars still bear his name and all efforts to change ownership have proven futile, hence our petition.

It is worth noting that during the 2015 NPP parliamentary primaries, Hon Okyem Aboagye, as part of his campaign promise donated 10 mazda demio taxis, one (1) each to the 10 electoral areas with an understanding that should he win the electoral area takes the cars but if he loses, he takes his cars away.

After winning the primaries, our Hon member asked us (each electoral area) to pay on hire purchases at a price of 20,000 cedis of which some of the electoral areas including Bohyen 1, Bantama 1, North Suntreso just to mention but a few have honored their obligations.

We, therefore, petition your highest power to please seek redress for us as the said cars can support NPP, Bantama Constituency financially.
Thank you.
