stubborn Ksi drivers shoot up fares;Kumasi to Accra now GH 100

Intelligence gathered by leakynews.net has it that a section of commercial drivers are currently operating at Roman Hill, a popular commercial area within the central business district of Kumasi and are busily conveying passengers to Konongo, Nkwakwa and Accra.

Per investigations conducted so far, some of the drivers operate in private vehicles and also charge exhorbitant prices more than the usual fare.

Passengers conveyed from their area of operation (Roman Hill) to Konongo are charged GH20 and those traveling to Nkwakwa are also made to make a payment of GH50.

On a more shocking note, fare imposed by drivers on a journey made from Kumasi to Accra stands at GH100.

As at the time this journalist was drafting this story around 1:00 noon after visiting the scene, the drivers were busily going about their unpatriotic activity as passengers patronised their services.
