This is a letter to the incoming President of Ghana after the 2020 general elections.
Whoever emerges the winner will govern the country and must govern it well. I pray the best man wins.
Congratulations on your victory over the rival party. I rejoice with you greatly for your win and for the chance you get the chance to use your last 4 years as the president of Ghana. Once again, congratulations. I believe that the oppositions would have or will send their congratulations and wish you the best in the next 4 years.
Sir, with all due respect, I don’t expect you to start with the fulfillment of your manifestoes because you need time to also get over the stress of the campaigns that finally paid off.
On behalf of all Ghanaians, everywhere, once the relaxation period is over, I will beseech you to try and swing into actions. Commencement of all the projects you promised in your manifestoes should start in soonest so that we Ghanaians will have no regrets electing you as the one to rule our dear country.
Ghana is a blessed country and we give glory to that but there are still some flaws. For example, Jobs are few and so there are a lot of unemployed graduates who hope that you will heed to their cry and deliver them from the hands of unemployment.
Also, we need more change in the country. I am in no position to tell you what to do as the president because you already have your plans laid down but I beg that you make we Ghanaians enjoy and feel your presence as the leader of our great country.
I hope that the future of Ghana for the next 4 years will remain bright provided you stick to that which made you the president.
